Our models are the greatest assets to Feronia Fashion Night. Feronia is a first of its kind endeavour that focuses on Androgynous fashion - an innovative fashion movement that aims on the need for breaking gender stereotypes ingrained in the society.
We aim to make a statement of equal participation of the LGBTQ community in education; job opportunities and administration through the medium of Fashion. While we are pleased on the historic Supreme Court judgement in India that decriminalized homosexuality by repealing article 377, we acknowledge that while the battle is won, the war is yet not over. The purpose of the event is to raise awareness regarding the inclusivity of the third gender and the marginalized LGBTQ community into the mainstream society and we wholeheartedly encourage members of the LGBTQ community across the globe to join us in our humble attempt to make a case for the rights of the community.
