In exchange for consideration received, Model gives permission to Feronia Fashion Night to use his/her name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes license-free. *
Model agrees to be on time at the shoot or event venue.
Model agrees to attend all the phone calls after the confirmation and selection of the Model for the shoot / event. . The organizer’s reserve the right to cancel the services of the model if the model hasn’t picked up three reminder calls
Model agrees to inform us well in advance or at least a 10-day notice if they are not able to attend the scheduled event after confirmation and liable for legal action otherwise.
Model agrees not to involve in any illegal activities defined by law during the course of association with Redo Times.
Model agrees to treat the items that he/she is modelling with the utmost respect. Model will be responsible for such outfit from the time he/she check out the items to the time He / She check them back in. If the Model notices anything wrong with the clothing at any time (stain, rip, loose button, etc.), He / She will alert one of the organizers immediately.
Model agrees to follow the decorum of the event and affirms that under no circumstances he/she will break the code of conduct established by the organizers that includes abstinence from social media and limited usage of mobile phones.
Redo Times does not force Model to work for us or for any of our designers but post commencement of the rehearsals, the Model is legally bound to participate in the show and is responsible for any losses incurred by the organizers
The issues of make – up, hair styling, choreography, styling and any other operations pertaining to the conduct of the show are solely dependent on the decision making of the organizers and they owe no explanation to the models for the same.
